Nobel Peace Prize goes to womens rights activities

OSLO,Norway -Africa's first democratically elected female president ,a Liberian Campaigner against rape and a women who stood up to Yemen's autocratic regime won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday in recognition of the importance of women's rights in the spread of global peace.
The 10 million kronor  award was split three ways between Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, women's rights activist Leymah Gbowee from the same African country and democracy activist Tawakkul Karman of Yemen — the first Arab woman to win the prize.
The Chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee told the associated press that Karman's awards should be seen as a signal that both women and Islam have important roles to play in the wave of anti-autoritarian revolts that have challenged rulers across the Arab World.
Jagland said "The Arab Spring cannot be successful without including the women in it"

Murray Left Panicked Voicemail

Micheal Jackson's personal assistant Micheal Amir William just took the stand and prosecutor Ed Chernoll showed the jury the panicked voicemail Dr Murray left on Williams phone the day Micheal Jackson died.
                        
                     

Williams said Micheal Jackson was in good spirits on the evening of June 24,2009 his last rehearsal .He said the rehearsal was amazing.
After they returned home ,Williams left for the day.
The following day ,Williams received a panicked message from Murray at 12:13 p.m.When he called back Murray told him Micheal Jackson had a bad reacion.
He called MJ bodyguard Alberto Alvarez.He said while he was talking Alberto Alvarez he could hear Murray' voice and then  Alberto all of a sudden hung up on him.
When he got there, the first thing he saw was MJ being brought out in a gurney.
Williams said after he learned Micheal Jackson's death, Murray came up to him and said there was "some cream Micheal wouldn't want the world to know about"
Murray asked him to drive him to the home so he could retrieve the "cream"

Tay Diggs just joined the ranks of the celebrity children's book authors

   Tay diggs,the actor who plays Dr.Sam Bennett, has just joined  the ranks of the celebrity children's book authors.
"You should be proud and embrace your difference regarding if it's race or religion or if something is looked upon as a handicap" Diggs said.
Teaming up with Shane Evans, a successful illustrator, artist and long-time friend, Taye recently completed Chocolate Me!, a kids book which chronicles one boy’s struggle to fit in with those around him because of his race.
Diggs said that the book is about a time in my life.
Diggs encountered a lot of questions and insulting jokes becouse he didn't look like the same as other kids with his radiant dark skin ,wide nose and bright smile.

Kate Winslet Escapes House Fire

Suddenly a fire broke out at Richard Branson;s Caribbean home where Kate and her family were staying.
The actress Kate ,her boy friend Louis dowler and her children Mia ,and Joe escaped from it.
Branson's Private Island is the British Virgin Islands.
Branson told that the fire broke out at around 4 a.m. during a tropical storm.His son Sam helped  guests to safe from it.
The house was completely destroyed by the fire.

Leila lopes is crowned Miss Universe

Miss Universe Leila lopes wants to help her native Angola and she plans to focus on combating HIV around the globe.
After taking the crown in South America's largest city ,the 25-years-old Lopes said that "as Miss Angola I've already done a lot to help my people;"
She also added "I've worked with various social causes. I work with poor kids, I work in the fight against HIV. I wan to protect the elderly and I have to do everything that my country needs,"As Miss Universe I will be able to do much more.
Lopes said that she has never had cosmetic surgery of any kind.To get a lot of sleep, using sunblock and drinking lots of water are the three tips for the beauty-The Miss Universe told us.
Lopes is Angola's first winner.She beat out 88 competitors .She replaces last years winner,Ximena Navarrete of Mexico.
The first runner-up was 23-years -old Olesia Stefanko of Ukraine and 2nd runner-up was Priscila Mochado of Brazil.The 3rd was Miss Philippines and the fourth Miss China.
